Toolgrid® Shop Return Policy & Warranty
Returns
At Toolgrid®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible Toolgrid® products within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are only issued for products that meet the return conditions listed above.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is a result of a Toolgrid® error.
Exchange Conditions:
- Please note that we do not offer exchanges for purchases made through the Toolgrid® Shop website.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Toolgrid® products are built to last. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Terms:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- If a manufacturing defect is found, Toolgrid® will repair or replace the defective product at no cost.
- Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.
